Listings line
A dedicated number on your signs and listings. Every caller is a buyer: the line looks up the property, answers what the listing data answers, and transfers the rest to you.
Every call, every hour.
Receptionist picks up on the first ring, tells callers the truth about your listings from your own sheet, and hands them to you with the whole story already on your phone.
Built for realtors. Live on a Texas commercial book since August 2026.
Every line the caller hears, and what it took to say it.

Answers, from your listing data (today's fields)
Hands to you, with the context
Receptionist reads the Google Sheet you already keep. Nothing to install, nothing to learn, nobody to call when a price changes.

The asking price is four hundred twenty-five thousand dollars.
FOR YOU YOUR BROKERAGE — incoming transfer — Tue 2:14 pm From: (512) ···-··91 Re: 6013 E Hwy 29 Asking: $425,000 Asked: “can I talk to someone about financing” Flag: parcel partly in a regulatory floodway Brochure: listings.aperturetechnologies.net/p/6013-e-hwy-29
Every transfer sends the brief first: who is calling, which property, what they asked in their own words, the flag that matters, the brochure link. You answer the phone already caught up. If a transfer drops, you hear about it the same minute.
Every call is recorded and transcribed, including after the transfer, and kept in your register: a day at a glance, a month behind it, the transcript inside each call, the recording a tap away. Every call from a number. Every call on a listing. Notes, attributed. Dial the caller back from the row.

Forward your main line. The line asks who the caller is trying to reach, or what it is regarding, then routes them to the right person with a brief. A title company gets through. A robocall does not, because a recording cannot answer the question.
Both answer 24 hours a day by design. There is no business-hours logic to forget.
